Shipping policy

Shipping for Australia

We offer free Express Shipping for all orders over $150. For all orders under $150 a shipping fee of $15 will apply. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.  

Dispatch time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days, this is not inclusive of shipping.

Shipping Insurance is available at an additional cost. Should you wish to make a purchase with the addition of shipping insurance please contact us via email at info@houseofgoldjewellers.com.au to discuss your options and obtain a quote. 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details.

All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.

Please ensure your delivery instructions are accurate, including but limited to delivery address. This will ensure you safely receive your purchase, we will not be liable for any loss incur as a result of your delivery instructions.
