Refund policy

Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unhappy with your purchase your item can be returned for a store gift card or exchange, as we do not refund for change of mind. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON EARRINGS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the returned item/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. House of Gold Jewellers reserves the right to reject any return if the item has been returned back to us not in it's original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings (for hygiene reasons), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and clearance items. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

 

Please note:

  • Any initial postage charges will not be refunded.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order.
  • You pay the return post or other delivery costs for the returned goods and accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the retuned goods (you should therefore return by registered post or by courier or personal delivery to our street address.
